Always be sure to tangibly acknowledge each and every milestone you reach. You should reward yourself even for the more trivial goals. You stuck it out and achieved it! Spend some family time together or reward yourself with a small portion of a beloved dessert. Maybe buy a new outfit to show off your improved body. Sticking to a goal is easier if you give yourself a reward every time you reach a goal.
