  9. I love weight training, so aesthetically speaking, my shoulders are slightly "jacked" (LOL) and can lift a lot for my size. But I couldn't do this pose without my face being close to the ground! It's such a humbling experience for that to have happened, and I think in a really good way too 🙂 I'm excited to explore this pose for the next many months on my journey and see what happens!   11. should we practice this handstand or the beginners handstand? I have a hard time jumping into it because when i had my dad holds my legs up, my shoulders didn't hurt or anything so i think its a jumping problem.

  16. Kino , somehow when i am balancing on my elbows it seems that i cannot find balance and when i push my legs forward i fall on to my face and back.

I admire the flexibility you have in your practice and long to get into postures that easily.  I have an injury in my shoulder blade that flares up if I do too many moves that are reliant on shoulder strength.  Are there any moves I can do to build up strength in my shoulders, so I can get into this posture eventually?

  21. I can do a headstand easily (tripod and regular headstands) but I cant do a pincha mayurasana. I cant seem to find the balance!

    How to do this without causing too much pressure and harm to the spine? It looks risky, like I could imagine my back falling backwards and breaking my spine. Or do I have to train my flexibility first before doing this?
