Try it on before you buy it, and make sure that it is something that you will feel comfortable and confident in.


Find ways to mix up your workouts on a daily basis. This will keep things from getting too monotonous. Keeping a varied, interesting routine will help you stay focused and motivated. You will be less likely to skip exercising when you have an interesting exercise to try.


A good way to make reaching your goals extra rewarding is to treat yourself to something nice every time you do. You can do something fun with a friend to reward yourself. It should be something that you really want to do to keep you motivated. It does not have to be costly or fancy. All you really need is just a little bit of recognition for the hard work to keep you going.
