A Easy But Effective Program To Lose Fat After 30, 40, 50 and Above

People often find themselves standing still due to a lack of inspiration. It is common to lack the necessary spark, or be confused about how to get started. If you come up with some ideas that are fun, you will stay motivated to stick with your routine.

Music can help to keep you motivated. The music will get you into a rhythm and get your body moving instinctively. As the Law of Inertia states, once in motion, objects continue in motion until exterior forces are present. Start dancing and you will not be able to stop! Dancing is a wonderful way to work out, and it’s fun, too!

Exercising is easier with a friend! Taking the time to socialize during your workout can help the time spent exercising pass much faster. The weight will come off surprisingly fast. You and your friend will marvel at the results.

Think about a workout video game as a way to exercise. By treating your work out as a game, or utilizing a game that includes fitness elements, you can take your mind off of losing weight put yourself in a less intimidating state of mind. When you focus more on the fun and not the exercise, then you won’t feel as tired. Keeping your mind off the act of working out will help you keep going.

Purchase some great exercise clothes to help motivate you to exercise! Purchase exercise clothing that will help you feel good about your appearance. You can find a large variety of workout clothes. Get exercise clothes that jazz up your mood, either by flattering your figure or just feeling fun to be in. Make it your chance to be creative! Try something that will make your workouts more exciting! If you feel good in what you are wearing, and if you have an assortment of outfits, then you will want to show them off at the gym.

With on a treadmill, a great way to increase the intensity is by running instead of walking. By changing your exercise regimen, you will find the motivation to help you continue with your fitness goals.

It can be easier to move along with your weight loss goals when you reward yourself. Don’t think that it needs to be an expensive treat; it can be as simple as your favorite snack or a clothing item that you’ve been wanting. Whatever you pick as your reward, pick something that is affordable and that you will enjoy. It is counter-productive to pick a reward you can’t afford or isn’t readily available. Having motivation is what will help you reach your goal.

Many people think exercise is always a pain, but it can be lots of fun. These suggestions will turn your workouts into an enjoyable routine that you anticipate each week.

  1. Hi Cole I am 21 years old having lower back pain from 4 years. Doctor say spine is fine but can't bend forward for long. I feel weak muscles, doing some yoga but feel relax only for some time. What to do? please reply

  2. Cole, this was a great strengthening sequence. I've been working on strengthening my whole body after about three years of virtually no exercise because of a very busy/demanding job. I left that job in June, had a back injury with muscle spasms in October, found you and YogaTX in November, and have been doing your videos religiously! I feel so much stronger, more graceful, and more healthy than I have in years. I'll be 53 in March and feel almost as flexible as when I took ballet as a child. Thank you for all you do!!

  3. I just did this sequence and my back feels fantastic!! I love your videos and I love that you provide variations of poses for beginners such as myself. I'm so grateful for you and your time and for providing us with priceless knowledge.

  4. Céline B. says:

I suffer a lot at the moment, I wanted to try a new class and I discovered this one which stretches and strenghtens, just what I need, thank you again Cole, this class is very helpful too!

  5. Cole, I adore doing yoga with you, you've helped me so much!! I wanted to add the fact that I can't fully do a cross legged position currently & it's due to multiple surgeries on my right leg, my hips have been hard to open for the past 3 years. Any way you could incorporate some stretches to help me reach that pose again? I can do butterfly just fine but maybe starting with that pose you can hone in on how to open the hips, especially for those seeking to heal, just a thought! Thank you so much!!

  6. Alana Gage says:

ever since I had baby number 2, I have had horrible back problems (its been 2 years) I started going to kinotherapy. I did some sessions and started to feel better… But this video (I just did 20 min this time) targeted my problem areas much more accurately than the kine and I was able to do it at home! Thank you! Your amazing!! <3

  7. Nice! Beneficial for the " older back" as well as. " young back" . Sloe, mindful, dissected movements to assist in " noticing" all muscles/ structures involved in e asana. Thank you

  8. i like this but u should try using audio and video separately and then put them together. because when u were explaining everything it took longer to hold the poses

  9. Cole, I would like to know if you guys have a video for better posture… I ve seen some pictures with yoga poses but I really love your videos, and it would be very interesting. Greetings !! 🙂

  10. Iulia Hau says:

I love beginning my days with you!

  11. Cindy Wong says:

thanks for the video! im just curious, the cat stretch actually creates a sharp pain on my lower back, am i doing this wrong or something?

  12. That was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much 🙂 x

  13. Wareef SEU says:

    that was great. thank you
could you do a video for fixing computer posture and the pain related with it ?

  14. MiniSix8 says:

Thanks Cole. FYI my wife and I have given you the title of "coach", hope you like it.

  15. This compilation of yoga poses is my favourite as it gives full body stretch. The back shoulder and neck pain that I have calm down and really make me feel better. I wonder if practicing yoga stops osteochondrosis from progressing,if anybody here have the same problem, how often and what exact yoga poses compilations are mostly recommended? Thank you Cole!

  16. This helped my back today. : ) I live in Austin. just wondering where you are located or studio you work with if I would be interested in classes or a workshop you might be offering sometime?

  17. i've had a 2 level back fusion surgery on the L4 -L5 , L5-S1.. and thinking about doing some of these movements makes me feel like my back is gonna break in half.. is the twisting and turning for someone whos had back surgery?

  18. loved it… always thank you Cole

  19. Cole, this is a great job. Do you plan to share advanced yoga sequence?

  20. very nice. Best part of the yoga set is: you gave good pauses while switching poses. This really helped to be with you. great work 🙂

  21. Loved the video ! Could you do some psoas and cuadriceps re lease video?

  22. I keep coming back to this session, again and again. I absolutely love it, it hits just the right spots 😉

  23. My back is really messed up and it gives me trouble sleeping. I do back stretches and it helps relax my back which is cool, but my doctor said I actually need strengthening exercises because what I'm currently doing is only good for flexibility, it won't really fix my back. So I'm giving this a try. Fell down a couple times (lol) but I have a feeling that these are the exercises I need.

  24. This was amazing. Cole is so great at explaining things!

  25. zoraida says:

thanks so much, for you excersise

  26. You are my hero. I have been in excruciating pain for nearly a week. The ER doctors threw some pain meds and muscle relaxers at me and they haven't been working…but forty minutes of this and I'm in NO PAIN. As I was doing these exercises I felt everything realign. Cole thank you so much for doing what you do. Your videos are so helpful and calming and the stretches are revitalizing! This is my favorite one by far and I'm going to try to do these every day so maybe I'll stay out of pain. Keep it up! Thank you thank you thank you! <3
