WELCOME to Fightmaster Yoga, I’m Lesley Fightmaster (yes…that’s really my last name). Before yoga, my head would never shut up! I felt anxious and uncomfortable. I stressed about the future and regretted the past. I was wound so tightly, took myself way too seriously and carried the weight of the world on my shoulders. I hardly ever laughed. Morning yoga taught me to breathe, to connect and to find space. My intention for this fitness channel is to help you quiet your mind and get comfortable in your own skin. Let go of the past and the future and get present on your mat. If you’re having a rough day, find some relief here. If you’re beating yourself up, roll out your mat, push play and know that everything’s going to be alright. We can all take ourselves a little too seriously. My free yoga videos will help you to laugh more and stress less. The Fightmaster Yoga community will love you SO MUCH that you won’t have any choice but to love yourself. Subscribe now and join the fun!

A Simple But Fast Program To Lose Fat After 40, 50 and Above

Getting in shape requires focus and an understanding of what you want to accomplish. Setting a realistic and healthy goal goes a long way towards ensuring success. These tips will provide you with ways to keep exercise fun.

If you typically do not listen to music when you are working out, you should definitely try it out. Music is excellent for improving your mood. Music not only keeps you motivated, it also gives you an obvious rhythm to work out to. It also helps put you in the right frame of mind and keeps you from thinking about how fatigued you are.

Having a few of your friends to workout with you can help you stay in shape. A great way to avoid focusing on the way your body feels while you work out is to start a conversation with a friend or new acquaintance. You will soon find out the benefits of beginning to exercise with a friend. You may end up having fun and forget you were exercising.

Getting an exercised based video game is a great way to have fun while you exercise. This is something that not only you can benefit from, but the whole family as well. You will not feel like you are working out if you do an activity that you enjoy. Keeping focused on the game so you don’t notice how hard you are exercising will help you have a longer workout session.

To increase your motivation when working out, choose an outfit that you like and feel good in. Exercise clothes are very fashionable and made with some great performance fabrics that keep you cool and comfortable. It’s actually surprising all the choices there are. Wearing a brand new outfit can itself be a motivation to head to the gym.

Have several different routines that you can rotate through to help you avoid monotony. Letting yourself get bored will make it harder to reach your goals. You will be less likely to skip exercising when you have an interesting exercise to try.

Once you have accomplished your goal, treat yourself. Just give yourself little perks to keep yourself going and help you stay motivated. Give yourself the gift of time, or indulge in one of your favorite donuts. You should select an item that is accessible but that you have refrained from buying. Pick something you really want as a reward for staying focused on your goals.

Exercising does not have to be a drag. Look for ways to make your exercise routine so much fun that you look forward to doing it. The information you’ve read will help make exercising less tedious and more enjoyable for you.

  9. Out of all the different Balance practices I have done, this one is most definitely THE BEST! Thank you!

  10. Challenging. Worked up a sweat. Leg balances better. Arm balance needs practice ☺️?

  11. This is one very challenging yoga practice…those single leg backbends are truly tough…didn't do them…just the regular one.

  12. Hello Lesley! I love your classes they are challenging but keep yoga integrity! This class is quite cool! I tried to look if you have a long class up to flying pigeon but I couldn't find one, is there a chance you'll do such a class? It's a cool balancing pose and I'd love a class like this ☺️

  13. Hi Lesley! I am trying to do yoga outside for the first time. How do you deal with distractions? I keep feeling like everyone is watching me. I tried to find a quiet place but I'm sure you know how that is. Anyway…trying to ignore everything. Have a great day!

  14. another great one! Still wasnt able to get from wheel back into downward dog but SOOO appreciated your feedback to the question I posted on that a couple days ago. Also LOVED hearing about and seeing your struggle to do wheel with both leg and hand lifted. I did try to just lift a hand in wheel in an attempt to prepare for the switching positions. All in all, I'm going to choose to LOVE MYSELF as being perfectly imperfect! Sending love. So grateful for you and your youtube classes!!

  15. Loved this practice!!! Loved the quote!! This was perfect for my mood and my crazy day ahead. Thank you:)

took a break from yogafix90 to try to work on my balance – and – I DID HEADSTAND! First time. Very exciting. Made up for the fact that I completely fell out of flipped dog bridge… no idea how to get out of that back to warrior 2. Oh well.

  17. Very invigorating class, and your body strength is truly inspiring! I'm eager to be able to do the headstand, but I know they call it a practice for a reason. One day I will do it! Thanks for your videos Lesley, I hope you know that all of your hard work is SO appreciated. <3

  18. Thank u so much! I love your videos πŸ™‚

  19. I really liked this one! A little adventure besides the 90 day program in the morning, this was my fist afternoon class. My choice proved to be perrrfect πŸ™‚ i had problems with a couple of poses but next time or the one after that I am sure that I will be able to do even more πŸ™‚ Lots of love, Zsuzsanna

  20. energising yoga,thanks a lot ! πŸ™‚
