Once you have accomplished your goal, treat yourself. Just give yourself little perks to keep yourself going and help you stay motivated. Give yourself the gift of time, or indulge in one of your favorite donuts. You should select an item that is accessible but that you have refrained from buying. Pick something you really want as a reward for staying focused on your goals.
