    talking about exercises and having a flat tummy isn't fitness… fitness is when you know you can run for 2 hours and then perform all the bodyweight exercises with ease

    So bodyweight exercises that people have been using forever with solid results are a gimmick? You guys have absolutely no idea what your talking about. With a simple jump rope and chinup bar, I fully rehabbed my arm that was broken in an accident in 3 months. Strength and full range of motion. Cardio can give you abs, but not muscle abs. For people who actually want functional muscle and weight loss, do cardio and calisthenics or weight training. You guys are deceiving the public and don't care.

    Burpees are a full body exercise. Just wanted to put that out there.

    Anyways, she definitely looks good, but it would do the viewers justice to mention exactly how much you ride the bike. I've done bike riding for cardio before myself and you do shed the fat, but only after putting several hours on the bike.
    I also did it, while having meat in my diet. Diet matters much less if you're riding regularly and aren't eating completely like shit. Proper nutrition just makes it easier

What would be impressive is if she had a bit of muscle at this same level of leanness. Just getting lean like this is easy for anyone with an ounce of will power.

  11. I love how you think your way is the only way, and that anything else is a "waste of time." Being a 100% raw vegan that stuffs themselves on carbs and eats 5k cals/day is NOT the end all! Learn some actual facts, and stop spewing incorrect information out of your mouth!!

    I feel like you look a little stupid with your dress code in the CBD…thats the only downfall about this video other than that props to you for your efforts. Running is better IMO

    There is a time and a place for everything (tights & a crop top) shouldn't be worn other than 12 yr old disco parties, & perhaps parks where workouts are appropriate the fuck you gonna do work out in the middle of 12 story buildings?? Its weird.

    Smash it on the bike! I just finished a 2hour 19min intervals session on the turbo trainer / bike and my calorie burn was 1600 calories, following that carbed up!

  17. Getting on the bike is great for fat loss. But it's not a functional as for whole of body work. You are strong in the legs and torso, granted, but you are fit for riding a bike and running. Can you pull your bodyweight up and support it for long periods of time? (Pull ups, dips and push-ups are beneficial for this) if you were in a crucial situation where you needed to pull yourself or lift yourself and others to safety, would you have the functional strength to do so?

    The burpee is not an isolation exercise. It is an explosive plyometric movement that promotes fat loss and muscle toning. Burpees also promote the release of HGH which also allows for fat burning and muscle toning / growth.
