Crank up the tunes while working out. The beat of the music will cause your body to start moving automatically. It is natural for people to respond to music. Turn your workout into something fun and exciting with music. Doing this dance will be so much fun that you will completely forget about feeling tired. Adding music to your routine will allow you to keep moving for longer.

Working out with a buddy can make exercising a lot more enjoyable. When you have a friend to work out with, you will be constantly delighted and surprised by the fun you will experience.

As a novel approach, try using exercise video games. This is another way to take take your mind off of the fatigue and discomfort that you may feel during a workout. When you are focusing on having fun playing the video game, you won’t be thinking of it as exercise. You will feel more refreshed and have more energy to carry on exercising.

Buy clothing that looks good on you. This is a great motivator when you start working out. There is a huge market in workout gear with bright, vivid colors and fresh designs. With the many color choices, you can get creative when choosing your workout clothes. Workout clothing that suits your style is going to be a great motivating factor.

It’s vital to maintain your dedication. If you lose interest in exercise and stop, you are going to lose your momentum. That will make it hard to get started again.

Give yourself a reward every so often as a way to reward yourself and stay on track. Your reward to yourself should be something that will keep your motivation levels high. It should be something you look forward to, such as a day at the spa, a massage or even a nice, healthy dinner out with friends. It doesn’t have to be especially extravagant. Find something to remind you of how much you have already achieved and to keep you motivated to continue on your journey to better fitness levels!

  1. Red Beans says:

talking about exercises and having a flat tummy isn't fitness… fitness is when you know you can run for 2 hours and then perform all the bodyweight exercises with ease

  2. Typical Vegan….. does not look healthy…. spouts nonsense….subjective arguments.

  3. tim Jeffs says:

So, working on your core is a waste of time?
This video was a waste of time!

  4. burpees are isolation exercises… this is what you get when listening to random vegan cunts on youtube.

  5. usman says:

So bodyweight exercises that people have been using forever with solid results are a gimmick? You guys have absolutely no idea what your talking about. With a simple jump rope and chinup bar, I fully rehabbed my arm that was broken in an accident in 3 months. Strength and full range of motion. Cardio can give you abs, but not muscle abs. For people who actually want functional muscle and weight loss, do cardio and calisthenics or weight training. You guys are deceiving the public and don't care.

  6. jokur says:

girl stick to looking good u know nothing about burpees and sit-ups

  7. Why not just letting people start to workout how they want and what really works for them?

  8. Afiso says:

LOL @ 0:07 the women in black walking by

  9. Dan Dan says:

Burpees are a full body exercise. Just wanted to put that out there.

Anyways, she definitely looks good, but it would do the viewers justice to mention exactly how much you ride the bike. I've done bike riding for cardio before myself and you do shed the fat, but only after putting several hours on the bike.
I also did it, while having meat in my diet. Diet matters much less if you're riding regularly and aren't eating completely like shit. Proper nutrition just makes it easier

  10. [email protected] the people saying she must vomit up her food. Anyone can look like that if you just eat less calories than you burn for long enough. What would be impressive is if she had a bit of muscle at this same level of leanness. Just getting lean like this is easy for anyone with an ounce of will power.

  11. I love how you think your way is the only way, and that anything else is a "waste of time." Being a 100% raw vegan that stuffs themselves on carbs and eats 5k cals/day is NOT the end all! Learn some actual facts, and stop spewing incorrect information out of your mouth!!

  12. Burpees are the best exercise you could do!!!

  13. STOXCUBE7 says:

More non senseical poor advice. Glad to see people don't buy it anymore. You two have peeked… Get ready for the fall.

  14. fast fiat says:

Thanks for keeping steady and strong for all of us. You guys are making a big difference. Thanks : )

  15. Gÿpšy // says:

I feel like you look a little stupid with your dress code in the CBD…thats the only downfall about this video other than that props to you for your efforts. Running is better IMO

There is a time and a place for everything (tights & a crop top) shouldn't be worn other than 12 yr old disco parties, & perhaps parks where workouts are appropriate the fuck you gonna do work out in the middle of 12 story buildings?? Its weird.

  16. IamNotHere says:

Smash it on the bike! I just finished a 2hour 19min intervals session on the turbo trainer / bike and my calorie burn was 1600 calories, following that carbed up!

  17. Getting on the bike is great for fat loss. But it's not a functional as for whole of body work. You are strong in the legs and torso, granted, but you are fit for riding a bike and running. Can you pull your bodyweight up and support it for long periods of time? (Pull ups, dips and push-ups are beneficial for this) if you were in a crucial situation where you needed to pull yourself or lift yourself and others to safety, would you have the functional strength to do so?

  18. Greg Gerg says:

Taking exercise tips from a spindly armed anorexic is akin to taking weight loss advice from a fatty.

  19. Get a better lock!!!!!!! 😛

  20. Burpees are not an isolation exercise 🙂

  21. Joel Brown says:

Why durian rider is a waste of oxygen

  22. Kim says:

Burpies are not an isolation exercise 🙂

  23. mjs1231 says:

Uci is going to wake cyclists up at 3 am and stick a needle in them.

Ok i draw the line at that point.

Tdf is over at that point.

Thats just too hardcore, at that point it all needs to be disolved.

Matter of fact, the entire sport is fuked.

    Its gone mad

They should change the name at this point.

    Tour de desperate

    These maniacs are hell bent

    Its completely reuined

Why not just stop manufacturing epo ?

  24. they are a waist of time if you only care about looking good

  25. better to jog on sand or use braces if the joints cant handle it or walk. bikes are too dangerous.

  26. apaige22 says:

The burpee is not an isolation exercise. It is an explosive plyometric movement that promotes fat loss and muscle toning. Burpees also promote the release of HGH which also allows for fat burning and muscle toning / growth.
