Many of these games are so fun, engaging and competitive that you forget about the fact that you are working out and place your focus on enjoying and winning the game. This will help you have more energy and enable you to finish easier. You will also be less likely to stop your workouts.

Shop for some fun exercise clothes to really get yourself into the spirit of things. Choose clothes that you know you will feel good about wearing. There are many different stylish and colorful workout clothes you can buy. Some workout gear can be both flattering to your figure and a lot of fun. Show off your unique style! Take a risk! Whatever your personal style, make sure that you like the way you look in your new outfits. This is a great way to motivate yourself to get started on your workout.

If you’re bored, change it up and try something else. You may end up giving up if you are not having fun with your exercise routine. Mixing things up will help you maintain your enthusiasm. Switch up the music or maybe even change your routine. If you stay up to date with new workouts and try different activities, you can have fun while exercising.

Treat yourself when you reach those fitness goals. This is one of the best ways to keep your enthusiasm about your fitness plan high. Your reward does not have to be expensive or complicated. Buy yourself a flattering new top, or indulge yourself with a dessert that you’ve been denying yourself for months. Make sure you can afford and get the rewards you choose.   4. I injured my back at work n been off for 3 months now. I did MRI, CT scans, x rays n still they can't find anything wrong. n the doctor says there is not anything wrong, n my back or neck should be well enough now. they have me thinking it's all in my head. so now I think I need to go back to my yoga n Pilates. can you please help me out. I'm trying hard to get back on my feet without pain, so I can return to work.

  9. I have always implemented yoga into my workouts, but have been doing even more lately since I injured my back. I had two herniated discs. I got two shots and am having an extremely tough time getting rid of the pain, particularly in the sciatic nerve/piriformis muscle area, though recently my low back is acting up again. I'm getting pretty desperate. Any tips?
