Prevent yourself from falling into a rut caused by completing the same routine on a daily basis. When you cease to find your regimen enjoyable, the chances that you will abandon it entirely increase greatly. Switch things around and make things different to keep your motivation going strong. Have multiple music options or learn a completely new routine. Keep your eyes open for new workouts that you can try.

Once you reach your fitness goals, reward yourself. Doing so strongly encourages you to keep working hard. Your reward does not have to be excessive. It can be as simple as purchasing a new item of clothing or enjoying a small dessert. Be sure the rewards you plan for yourself are readily available so that they will not cause you to detour too far from your plan.

Who says a fitness regime can’t be exciting and even enjoyable? With a good frame of mind and a positive approach, you will have a lot of fun. Use these ideas and get your body into great shape.

  3. It's so intense! Lol When she combined the pup up down downs and the jumps I was like omg no what is this I can't do this!! I was so overwhelmed! I kind of managed to do it by the end though? So I guess that's a plus haha
