Try to avoid doing the same exercises each day because, at some point, you just won’t feel like doing them anymore. If you get bored, you will likely quit altogether. Mix up your workout regimens in order to maximize your motivation and keep workouts fun and interesting. Modifying your routine is essential to stave off boredom. If you lose your motivation and stop exercising, it will be so much harder to start over.


When you reach a particular fitness goal, don’t forget to treat yourself. This is a great way to stay motivated. The rewards you choose can be modest, such as a pair of shoes you’ve been eyeing or a favorite dessert you haven’t enjoyed in months. Make sure the treats involved are pleasurable, but easily attainable.

  3. youre the man. thank you. i was an aspiring professional cyclist at one point and i used a book by mark verstegen – core performance for endurance athletes. i used his techniques on and off for a good 6yr spread. it is great stuff. but im not going to lie – doing a workout like this with a video is more motivating than doing a workout by myself (of course in person would be ideal… one of these days ill get back to colorado and try to get in a class with you…). thanks again for all the videos.

    I had my third baby last December and was having trouble getting the weight off. In June 2015, I decided to try power yoga and since have done all your power yoga videos and the weight has come off! And I feel better then I did after my first two kids. thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! Could you produce more advanced 30-45 power yoga routines. I can't get enough!
