WELCOME to Fightmaster Yoga, I’m Lesley Fightmaster (yes…that’s really my last name). Before yoga, my head would never shut up! I felt anxious and uncomfortable. I stressed about the future and regretted the past. I was wound so tightly, took myself way too seriously and carried the weight of the world on my shoulders. I hardly ever laughed. Morning yoga taught me to breathe, to connect and to find space. My intention for this fitness channel is to help you quiet your mind and get comfortable in your own skin. Let go of the past and the future and get present on your mat. If you’re having a rough day, find some relief here. If you’re beating yourself up, roll out your mat, push play and know that everything’s going to be alright. We can all take ourselves a little too seriously. My free yoga videos will help you to laugh more and stress less. The Fightmaster Yoga community will love you SO MUCH that you won’t have any choice but to love yourself. Subscribe now and join the fun!

A Simple But Fast Guide To Lose Belly Fat After 40, 50 and Above

Without motivation, you will not be able to succeed in attaining your fitness dreams. Sometimes, it is because you are hesitant as to where to start. Other times, it could be because you keep procrastinating, and you think it can wait for another day. The advice in this article presents you with ways to design a fun and creative workout routine that fits your personal style and preferences.

Try using rock music while you work out. When you are lacking in motivation you may want to turn on your favorite music and play it loudly. Dancing with the beat is a great way to get moving and stay in shape. Jut let go, and let your body get into it! Teach yourself to have fun with a work out by adding dance and music to an otherwise boring routine. You won’t notice that you’ve worked out for an hour if you’re enjoying listening to music while you do it.

Friends are the best motivators. Catch up with one another while you’re working out, and your routine will fly by. If you exercise with someone else, the speed of your weight loss may be startling.

Purchase an exercise-themed video game for your home system. This can be a wonderful method to shake up an exercise routine and add some variety to your workout! If you are thinking about playing the game, then your mind won’t concentrate as much on the fact that you are exercising. Because your body does not realize that it is tired, you are able to put in a longer and more strenuous workout.

It can be a bit daunting to exercise in front of other people. Attractive workout clothing can lift your spirits. There is a wide variety of styles, colors and sizes for people to wear when working out. Choose workout gear that makes you feel comfortable, but also is a little fun. When you feel that you look good, you can flaunt that during exercise.

Try to avoid doing the same exercises each day because, at some point, you just won’t feel like doing them anymore. Boredom can do irreparable damage to our motivation. Altering your workout routines so there is plenty of variety will assist you in staying interested and focused. If you lose interest you risk stopping altogether. Starting up again can be really tough!

It is important to treat yourself with a reward every now and then throughout your fitness regimen as a way to keep yourself motivated. It doesn’t matter what your reward is. As long as it’s something that you love and will keep your motivation high, it is a good one. It doesn’t have to be especially extravagant. When you remind yourself about how good you are doing it can keep you motivated.

Exercising isn’t a chore, but it can certainly feel that way if you don’t do enough to keep your fitness routine fresh. A variety of methods can be applied to make exercising more fun. This article includes ways you can make exercise fun.
