    Hey Sarah – I LOVE your videos, I've been following your channel for a few weeks now and including your videos to my daily yoga practice has helped so much already! I feel my core muscles getting stronger which is so awesome ๐Ÿ™‚ย 

    I do however have problems with the third pose, the quad stretch – I can't seem to be able to lift my leg and keep it bent while turning to grab on to it. My knee also hurts from pressing it into the ground (although I do my practice on a yoga mat). Once or twice I managed to do this pose but I don't seem to be consistent with it.
    Any tips? ๐Ÿ™‚
