Half Forward Fold is a basic yoga posture used in every standing vinyasa series including Half Surya “A”, Surya “A” and Surya “B”. It lengthens the spine and stretches the hamstrings.

*Modification: Bend the knees as deep as necessary. This will help if you have tight hamstrings or sensitivity in your lower back. You may also use a block.
