    I have done this 4 times in the past week and I am seeing results! I do everything except the jump squats and today I added 10 pound weights! My legs still shake after every work out and I see results very quickly

    Starting next month, I will do this combined with another workout, sufficient protein, and good dieting and I will comment every two weeks
    I'll do it only on workout days with 3 rest days every week
    When it's time to comment, just let me know incase I forget.
