*The fourth woman sustained an injury prior to the combat fitness and the physical fitness tests, but has passed all other requirements. She will not graduate until she recovers and passes both evaluations.

Try to avoid doing the same exercises each day because, at some point, you just won’t feel like doing them anymore. Boredom is a large reason in why you may stop exercising. Mix up your workout regimens in order to maximize your motivation and keep workouts fun and interesting. If you stop exercising, you will lose momentum and it will be harder to start up all over again.


It can be easier to move along with your weight loss goals when you reward yourself. The reward does not have to be something big. For example, your favorite dessert or even a simple scarf can work. As long as the reward is within reason and something that you want, it will serve as a source of encouragement. Motivation is the key to achieving your goals.
