Without proper motivation, efforts to get fit are sure to fail. It is common to not have the urge or the knowledge. These exciting ideas will help you create a workout plan that is perfect for you.

Have you ever noticed how a baby will begin dancing when he or she hears music? When people hear music, it is natural for them to begin moving. Adding music while exercising will not only make it more enjoyable, but it can also cause you to forget that you are working out while you get caught up in the entertainment of the songs. Music is great because it can keep you moving if you are tired.

Exercising is easier with a friend! The time you spend exercising will speed by if you are socializing while you work out. Both you and your friend will be amazed at the rapid weight loss you experience.

Using a workout video game, you can get fit while having fun in the comfort of your own living room. This is the perfect exercise regime for the entire family. Participating in something you enjoy will take your mind off the fact you are working out. When you are playing, your focus is on the game and not the difficulty of the workout, so this will help you last longer and have a more successful workout.

Part of your fitness plan should include buying some flattering workout clothes. The easiest way to lose motivation is to pull on your old, baggy sweats. Having great fitting and fun workout clothes will provide great motivation to exercise.

Repeating, repeating, repeating the same workout is boring, boring, boring. Shake things up. Boredom is the biggest enemy of a productive workout. If you aren’t motivated, then you might stop working out. Changing a workout routine around regularly is a good idea to keep things fresh. This will help you to stay motivated in the long run. If you stop working out, you will risk losing all of the progress that you have already made.

Try to give yourself some sort of reward for each fitness goal you manage to reach. No matter what the size of the goal, a reward is deserved when you accomplish what you set out to do. You stuck it out and achieved it! Take the family to the movies and have some popcorn with no butter. Perhaps you would like to buy a new outfit to reward yourself for losing weight. When you know you have something special to look forward to, you’ll be extra motivated to tough it out until you hit your goal.

You don’t have to settle for mundane workouts that don’t excite you. If you have the right attitude, you can have fun while you are getting in shape. Take a new attitude toward fitness by applying these helpful ideas.

When is the best time to do this? In the morning, after breakfast or in the evening for example?

  2. I need help! πŸ˜› I wanted to setup an own workout plan but something's not working like it should πŸ™ it's either too hard or I'm doing something wrong…Let me explain to you my situation πŸ™‚

Currently I'm 21 years old and weigh about 108kg. My goal is to lose atleast 20 – 25kg. Also, I'm eating pretty healthy since almost a month now, that's not the problem. My workout plan is the following :

    Duration : 1h30

    Strenght training (musculation) includes :
    – 3 total sets with 4 exercises each
    – 1 Set is for the arms, chest and shoulders
    – 1 Set for abs
    – 1 Set for legs
    – Every set is repeated 3 times
    – Example : Set for the arms, chest and shoulders includes 4 Exercices ; Normal Pushup, Wide Pushup, Diamond Pushup, Triceps Pushup –> Every pushup exercice is repeated 10 times (10 reps) Then I do the whole thing another two times, resulting in 120 Pushups…I don't think I can't handle it…I'm already dead after the first rep of the set πŸ™ But if I lower the number of reps I feel like I'm doing too less :/ Alright moving on!

    Cardio training (HIIT) includes :
    – 2:1 ratio (20 sec work, 10 sec rest)
    – 1 Set is made of 5 exercices
    – Set is repeated 8 times with 2 minutes of rest inbetween each set
    – this results in an almost 40 minutes long HIIT…what the f*** am I doing wrong?

mate i used to get acne too. mate try having cold showers every day, morning, after a workout. google the benefits.
wish i knew about them when i had pimples. acne and shit is caused by fucking heat in the body. as humans we're usually over heated all the time. get fucking cold water on your face and body. instantly you'll feel better. i been doing it for years. love it.

  18. So this is something I can do everyday?

  19. Nabs gg says:

    You're so adorable.

  20. genuine comment, I'm an almost lifelong vegetarian, not because of cruelty to animals or anything like that, I just never enjoyed the taste and particularly the texture of meat or fish, I haven't eaten or enjoyed meat in over a quarter of a century and it has led to some not so great health issues. my protein intake for at least the last 15 years of my life will have hovered around 5g-10g daily, I have never eaten meat substitutes for the same reasons that I don't eat meat, namely the taste and texture. recently I've bought and began consuming good amounts of protein powder and b vitamin complex with the goal of gaining muscle mass that I should have had for years, at 28 years old my one hand can wrap around my bicep and tricep of the other arm entirely and my 2 hands can easily wrap around the thicker part of my thigh. I want that to change. this video is where I'm staking my flag and making that change. I aim to make 2017 the year that my slow healing, my back pains and my knee issues are taken into my control and resolved. thanks for posting this video, it's important for people in many different positions with their health that beginner workouts such as this exist as a starting point.

  35. Elan Law says:

New years resolution is 'Forget big change, start with a tiny habit'. For eg. The Pushup habit.
The first day, I did 10 pushups, which only took 15 seconds or so.
The second day, I did 11 pushups. This was a very tiny improvement.
I’ve continued this pattern of adding 1 pushup per day, every single day. I did 21 this morning, which was still easy to do and took less than 30 seconds.
