    I started gym in 2015 but did it for only 4 months
    After 5 months break i have started it again since September,16. I started using whey protein from 22 October 1 scoop per day.
    Then from 22November 2 scooops per day. Doing your workouts and really feeling the gains now should i increaee the scoop for the 3rd month or not
    taking oat meal ,boiled rice,boiled potato, from straight 2 months too

  25. I'm having anterior pelvic tilt. agar mei koi bhi exercise krta hu to back mei apne aap curve ban jata. Dead lifts and all these exercises I can't do it right because of that because if I keep my back straight it automatically develops a curve there and back then hurts really bad.
