  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • one cup raw pecan halves
  • &frac14 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • &#8539 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spiced
  • &frac12 cup brown sugar
  • &frac14 cup melted coconut oil
  • ten ounces pumpkin butter, homemade or retailer-bought
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line an eight-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor fitted with the steel blade, approach oats, pecans, salt, and spices till finely ground. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Include the brown sugar and the melted coconut oil. Combine gently right up until the mixture comes with each other.
  4. Set aside &frac34 cup for topping, and press the remaining mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Spoon the pumpkin butter evenly more than the crust in the pan. Sprinkle the remaining &frac34 cup crust mixture evenly above the pumpkin butter press down lightly.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or right up until brown on leading.
