		<description>By the end, there wasn&#039;t a rhyme or reason to my attacks. Anything and nothing could set it off. 

The one thing I found useful when my attacks were happening more predictably is flax tea. Worked like a charm before my gallbladder became inflamed.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t have any questions, but I did have my first gallbladder attack in more than a year recently.  And boy, it was just as bad as I remember it!  My strategy was to drink a glass of barley grass juice, take to paracetamol (something I NEVER do) and have a shower with the warm water falling on the gallbladder area.  Then I got into bed and writhed around in pain for about an hour, after which is was all over.

And I know exactly what had brought it on - a binge of fatty food.  That will teach me!</description>
