Serves: four
  • 2 mangoes , peeled and sliced in half
  • three Tablespoons maple syrup
  • two Tablespoons Cinnamon sugar
  • Shredded Coconut
  • four skewers
  1. Peel and slice mangoes in half. Place slices in a bowl and toss them with maple syrup and cinnamon sugar..
  2. Insert a skewer into the mango slices.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut
