Criss Cross on the Mat with a Magic Circle is an advanced variation of the intermediate Pilates Exercise. Place one end of the circle on your knee and the other pad on your opposite elbow. Opposite leg is either bent knee with foot on the mat (easier) or strait to the high diagonal (harder). Press both the elbow and knee in at the same time!

Choose easily attainable rewards that you really want. This reward will help you stay motivated to lose weight.
