By directing your focus to the fun you are having, you will forget that you are actually working out, and you won’t get tired!

If you look good and feel comfortable, you will work out more. Invest some money into some exercise gear that is comfortable and makes your body look great. Choose outfits that you feel great in because they will help you work out.

Repeating, repeating, repeating the same workout is boring, boring, boring. Switch it up as much as possible. Boredom is the biggest enemy of a productive workout. Without the proper motivation you could stop exercising altogether, which is a huge risk. Consider changing your workout regularly. This will ensure that you can remain engaged when you plan on working out over an extended period of time. When you stop being active, then the risk is very high that you will backtrack on your progress and lose all the ground you have gained.

Plan rewards while working towards a fitness goal to keep motivated. Do not wait until you reach your ultimate goal to reward yourself. Make sure the reward you choose is indulgent, even if it’s simple. Try to make your reward something like a new accessory or clothing item, but try to avoid food rewards. Make sure that the item is a treat for you and easy on your wallet. The higher your motivation levels, the more success you will gain.

People never feel bad after exercising, right? The toughest part is to get yourself up and to the gym and to realize that exercising is not a chore but can, in fact, be pretty fun. You can have fun and make more progress with a few simple alterations. The information you’ve read will help make exercising less tedious and more enjoyable for you.

  14. Pahla, I love your low-impact workouts. I have a lower back disc injury, and can't do anything that involves bending over double. I always sub in some other kind of movement while you are doing burpees, etc., but I'd love to have a couple workouts with no bending over double. Squats are ok for me.
