  2. Question, why are most of the videos in the women's section not using free weight resistance training? Training with free weights and machines are just as good for women as they are for men, they are the same muscles after all. Calories burned through high intensity weighted resistance training competes with these routines. Women will not get huge and bulky either. They will just look freaking awesome! Is it an image thing? Genuinely curious. Seems borderline trendy?
