  4. This is the best demonstration of the Jalandhara Bandha I've seen so far. Too many videos on YouTube show people bending their chins all the way to their collar bones, and as a result the upper section of the spine is curved, or worse the entire spine is curved. The importance of keeping the spine straight should be common knowledge.
