Many people end up falling off the wagon because they simply do not want to do the exercises. You might want to change your routine periodically in order to keep it interesting. It will be easier for you to enjoy your work out and stay motivated.

Give yourself a prize for achieving each fitness goal. It does not matter if you had a large goal or a small goal, you should reward yourself just the same.
