    My thighs, butt, and hips aren't huge but they definitely aren't small. I want to have a smaller butt and thinner legs (I want a thigh gap (since my hips are wide enough for it to be possible)), and I've read that squats will actually make your legs bigger with muscles so I've been avoiding them, but I've also herd they help make your butt smaller. What do you recommend I do? I've been doing Taylor R's workouts for awhile since she has a similar body shape to what I'm aiming towards, but hers aren't doing much for me. I want something more intense and faster (I did also just start walking/running everyday and I occasionally dance for maybe 15 minutes every few days). Thank you!
