How To Lose Back Fat – Back Fat Workout
Back Fat! Bra Bulge! Reverse Boobs! Armpit Fat! Love Handles! Whatever you call it! We are going to reduce the Fat in it with this how to video because no matter how hard you try you can’t suck in back fat. Now keep in mind you can’t spot reduce an area so get that out of your head but we reduce the body fat by enhancing specific muscles in your body. For optimal changes in your physical appearance, healthy nutritional habits will increase your turn around time.

Workout with me as we go through 3 different workouts to help slim down and sculpt your back. In this video, I am only using a kettlebell but a dumbbell or even body weight can get this workout accomplished.

How to:
CrossOver Kettlebell Swing
-Feet shoulder width apart
-Keeping your chest high squat placing kettle bell on the opposite end leg
Swing kettle bell back up from the opposite end leg until the kettlebell is lateral to you and at eye level

Kettle Bell Swing
-Feet A little more than hip width apart
-Pivot your body keeping your chest high simultaneously bending your knees
-Swing kettle bell between your legs
-Swing kettle back up until it is parallel to the ground

Straight Leg Deadlift
-Feet is shoulder width apart
-Maintaining a flat back and keeping your chest high lower the kettle bell
-Legs should be slightly bent
-Engage the core and come back to the start position

Recommended Equipment
-Medicine ball

Workout: Using Adequate Weight
Sets: 4
Reps: 15
Rest: 30 Seconds

    Slow and consistent wins the race……. don't expect too much weight loss too fast…………
    Diets and fasting are short term fixes……life style changes like eating healthy and regular exercise work for the long term….
    Exercise…… get off the couch…. get outside……. do something……ride a bicycle or go for a walk. Some cities and states encourage bikes………. they provide safe walking and biking lanes and trails. Cities also should encourage businesses and apartments to provide safe places to lock or store a bicycle. Encourage your elected officials to do more. Speak up.. become an advocate for bicycle use in your city.

    Riding a bike is fun and good exercise………walking, bicycles and mass transit will all be part of making cities livable.
    Ride to school………ride to work………ride for fun………..
    Bike to work day should be everyday….. employers needs to provide places to park and lock bicycles and encourage employees to ride a bicycle to work. Children should be riding a bike to school instead of being dropped off by their parents. Cities need to do more to provide safe walking and biking trails and paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Speak up and ask for more bicycle paths in your community. Obesity is a growing problem around the world leading to an increase in heart disease, cancer and high blood pressure. Walking and biking can help improve health.
