Enjoy this 40 minute energizing, heart opening yoga flow. This flow is designed for an intermediate level but beginners are welcome to follow along and modify. As I guide you through this class, please feel free to modify and make this your own practice, as what I suggest are merely just options. This practice is to make our bodies feel good! So if I suggest anything that doesn’t feel right in your body, take it back a step or skip it all together. Back bends should feel good! Take caution when doing back bends and bend from the upper back (thoracic spine) and not the lower back (lumbar spine).
