20 alternating single-arm fly
10 chest fly (both arms)

Superset | 3 sets
10 wide grip barbell press
10 reverse & close grip barbell press

Superset | 3 sets
10 wide grip cable tricep press
10 reverse grip cable tricep press

Tri-Set | 2 sets
10 incline bench dumbbell chest press
10 incline bench close grip (palms facing each other) dumbbell chest press
10 tricep dips (off a bench, box, etc.)

When trying to get into shape, it is very important to be motivated. Setting realistic goals that are exciting for you to reach is very important. Always remember to make exercising fun. Make it rewarding to you. Follow these tips and you’re going to be one step closer to where you want to be.

Consider turning the volume up on your favorite music to spice up your workout. Nothing is more natural than moving to music. It is one of the best motivators. Most people love dancing, and if you exercise with music turned on it can feel just like that. You will find it easier to ignore the fatigue and pain and to push through your workout. Working out to music can keep you active for a little longer.

Invite one friend or more to join you in your exercise. Exercising with someone else will make it more fun, and you’ll notice the time go by a lot faster. If you are distracted by conversing with your friends, you won’t notice the fatigue from exercising.

Stop staring at a blank wall when you exercise and start adding in some workout videos to keep your routine fresh. You should have a nice selection available to provide plenty of variety. The distractions the music video gives you helps you from feeling any discomfort.

By wearing an outfit to the gym that makes you feel your best, going in there to exercise can be less overwhelming. You will then be focused on exercising instead of worrying that people are looking at your clothing. Spend some money on workout gear that fits you comfortably and that you look great in. Be sure you choose items that you enjoy wearing, and ones that make you enthusiastic about working out more often.

You may find that you will get bored and discouraged if you keep doing the same exercises over and over again. This is why it’s a good idea to change your routine. With on a treadmill, a great way to increase the intensity is by running instead of walking. You are more likely to stay motivated to keep exercising regularly if you change your routine from time to time.

A reward is a great way to keep yourself motivated to reach your fitness goals. It doesn’t matter what your reward is. As long as it’s something that you love and will keep your motivation high, it is a good one. It needn’t be anything over the top- simply a little something to keep you going. A small reward can motivate you to continue your excellent progress!

    I love these workouts and they really inspire me with different ideas. But as a Pilates instructor i can see that you do not engage your core on certain exercises, especially chest work. You back should never be arched as you are then not engaging and are also not working the chest as effectively as you could be. You need to think about imagining bringing your pubic bone up to navel, lengthening your tailbone away from you and send your ribs down towards hips so you feel the tightening in your trunk which is your core. It is a no brainer really, then you work Core and protect lower back whilst you will find the chest workout much more beneficial

    Terrible information here. "Don't fear
    You will lose your boobs, boobs are fat, do don't burn fat doing weights you burn fat doing cardio". Just watched and listened once more to check I had heard that right. Lifting weights and tearing down muscle fibres burns so many more calories than cardio and in turn there is nothing better for 'fat burning' than lifting weights. Yes girls you will 100% lose some breast tissue as your body fat % decreases. Yes do chest movement 'as well' as being super lean can leave a very unappealing chest appearance. That is why 9 out of 10 female competitors will get a breast augmentation in order to bring that that flattering female physique. This works both ways and of course during a bulk if it's not on the lean side you will increase your breast size, to some extent

    can everyone stop being so nasty to Whitney? Just because shes not lifting 100kg it doesn't mean she isn't strong or "isn't trying" seriously Im so sick of these guys at the gym laughing at me because Yes, by the third set halfway I'm STRUGGLING with 4kg on each arm doing a shoulder press. We all gotta start somewhere. You don't need to be able to lift 100kg to make you "strong" I see so many guys struggling with the third rep of a barbell curl hahaha. Whats the point if you're going to do 3 reps?
