  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped new cilantro
  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • For the Cauliflower rice (optional):
  • one huge head of cauliflower
  • one tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ huge onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • one tbsp white vinegar
  • one garlic clove, minced
  • Juice of one lime
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
