  5. I'm 12 but i'm extremely insecure. By the 3rd grade, I was really chubby. It's been three years and I lost a lot of fat. But the flesh seems to just hang from me. You can see my abs but the fat can be pulled so thickly. Not only that, I have a thin hour glass shape yet my thighs and butt are fat. Not only that, I have scars are all over my muscly legs (which is also not a good thing) and I can't even wear shorts.

    something that none of these videos point out is that the more your use or workout a muscle the bigger it becomes so be careful! Focus on how you stand. Stand and walk with all your pressure on the front of your legs and not with your ass. if you still don't know how look in the mirror and watch yourself. focus on how you sit too. Pretty much act like you already have a small ass .
