Changing a workout routine around regularly is a good idea to keep things fresh. This will ensure that you can remain engaged when you plan on working out over an extended period of time. If you stop working out, you will risk losing all of the progress that you have already made.

Once you accomplish your goal, no one will criticize you for rewarding yourself. After you have reached a specific goal, provide yourself with motivation so you can reach your next goal. You can treat yourself to a small portion of your favorite dessert, or perhaps buy a new exercise outfit that you have always wanted.

Luckily, exercise is not actually a dirty word that means only suffering and hard work. It can also be a fun diversion to an otherwise ordinary day. With the tips that are outlined below, you will be able to make exercising a fun experience.

    Hi! I deeply enjoy your videos!! However, I do wish you would take some time in between certain movements to really hold them. I almost feel rushed while transitioning. Also towards the end of your videos, you should try to incorporate a longer shavasna that's longer. I'd appreciate it! But stay wonderful!

  8. I love this flow. But does anyone else struggle with Warrior foot placement? I NEVER know how to position my back foot. It always feels awkward, and like I'm not doing it correctly. It makes me feel like I'm not getting all of the benefits of the posture.

  23. As usual I love the flow and twists. The only issue I have with binds are the random tugs I get from abdominal scar tissue. Are there any yogi tips/special poses/practices to help those of us who've had extensive abdominal surgeries and issues?

  28. Decided to do this yoga sequence cause I was feeling really gassy and uncomfortable this morning. I was ten minutes in, feeling really good! Then, with no warning, I threw up on my yoga mat. I thought it was pretty funny. Just had my gaul bladder removed last month, so I don't blame you, Adriene XD
