    bone-in, skin on chicken thighs

  • one

  • one

    chili powder
  • one
    tsp
    paprika
  • one

    avocado oil
  • one
    head
    cauliflower, minimize into florets
    (about six-eight cups)
  • one
    jalapeno, sliced
  • one/two
    cup
    cilantro, chopped
  • one
    lime, juice of
  • one
    tsp
    cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Season the chicken all over with salt, chili powder and paprika. Slash up cauliflower to have it completely ready.
