  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Blend
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1½ cups Mexican Cheese Mix
  • salt and pepper to flavor
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a big skillet insert 1 tablespoon of butter and saute cabbage on medium high heat right until the cabbage softens. Eliminate from heat and spot cabbage in a individual dish.
