One thing you can try is getting a new book or maybe a chocolate bar. Pick something that you have been avoiding buying, even though you know you really want it. You should chose a reward that you have really wanted in order to help yourself feel motivated.

Despite what many people think, working out can be fun! Use these tips in order to add fun into your exercise routine.

    and I'm already doing all those things…how can I loose fat?I'm not overweight ot anything,most people say I'm skinny (I'm 160cm 46kg) and I do weight training, have define abs and upper body and quads,and no matter how much HIIT and lower body weight training I do I still have a good layer of fat on top of my thigh muscles!!!don't know what else to do!!!!!
