  11. As much as i a fan of yours i don't believe you can lose fat from in one place. You will lose fat all over. As we have different types of bodies Men/Women store fats in different places. But yet again i love your videos.

  22. fast is not going to happen, it took me more than 1yr of walking 4.5mi.5 days a week, elliptical machine, body weight exercises and a mostly veg. diet to lose 22 lbs. off belly fat. you still look flabby!

    hope I can get in shape with these great video I did it with my girlfriend. also how do you shave your body hair I was thinking of doing it but I don't know how to properly. I have a hair problem and I sweat a lot. any suggestions or videos would help.
