Go to the mall and get some workout clothing. Look for workout clothing that goes well with your body and that you feel comfortable in. When choosing your workout outfit, add some of your own style and creativity to it. Exercise clothing is made in lots of different styles and colors, so there are lots of ways to express your personality! Your outfit can put you in a good state of mind.


To avoid monotony, it is a good idea to change your fitness routine on a regular basis. Not becoming bored in the same routine will better help you stay on track to meet your goals. Exercising will start to be an activity you anxiously anticipate because you are excited to test a new workout method.


An excellent way to stay motivated and on track with fitness is to give yourself rewards as you progress. Rewards do not have to wait until you have achieved your ultimate goal. Take care when selecting a treat. Small rewards like forbidden food, new clothes, or a pair of earrings will be more than enough to keep you motivated. Choose a reward that’s worth working towards but still within your means. You will go further if you have sufficient motivation.


Exercising can be interesting if you plan it out correctly. There are so many techniques you can try to make exercising more enjoyable. These tips will help you start to build a more interesting, captivating fitness routine.

  4. For those saying that the shimmies are impossible, I agree… but only if you do them last. Warm up your arms a bit then do the shimmies first. That way your not tired and the rest of the workout is like a cool down. That's the only way I can do it, personally. Give it a try and tell me how it goes.

  7. This was fun to have some different tricep exercises and great to have something to do without weights while I am traveling. I can't do a push up on the floor or even on my knees yet. I've been working toward that for 6 months! First starting on the wall, then down to a high dresser then a low dresser and now a chair! I'm getting stronger but I keep blowing one or the other of my wrists out. Then I can't do any pushups for a week or so. So I mostly try to use weights to workout my triceps because I guess I'm just not strong enough yet? This routine was even a little strain on my wrists. Anyway, I definitely could not do that last exercise in this routine yet!

  19. I got my wrist out of my cast about a week ago the doctor said I should be fine and he said I have to work on pulling my wrist forward and back do u think these workouts will be okay plz answer ASAP u got itself a new sub?
