This can be a new item of clothing, a book, an addition to your hobby collection, or a sinfully sweet dessert. Make sure the treats involved are pleasurable, but easily attainable.


You do not necessarily have to feel like you are working when you work out. In fact, with a little creativity, you can design a personal workout routine that you’ll actually enjoy and look forward to each day. I would love, if you could, do a few videos on how to use a foam roller and to incorporate foam rolling on top of the stretching you have set for each month. I am a big advocate on stretching but we don't get enough self care or even consider the benefits of what foam rolling does for our muscles.
