How to balance skill and strength training?  because if I do handstand/headstand skill training, my shoulders become fatigued  so I underperform on strength training with pullups but if I do pullups first, my shoulders will fatigue ( as a secondary mover in the exercise) so it will be difficult to learn the handstand skill, advice?
