When you enjoy the workouts you stay much more motivated to complete your fitness and health goals.


Anytime you achieve a fitness objective, make sure to treat yourself to something special. Reward yourself in order to stay motivated. It doesn’t need to be a big reward. It just needs to be something that makes you happy and keeps you motivated. Go buy yourself a new dress or that new book for your Kindle.
