    Great workout. Only constructive criticism would be maybe a bit louder announcing the active rests between repetitions when there's no beep. I kept looking back to the screen during workouts and realizing it was a rest period.

  19. just did it, I feel great, and I'm severely overweight. I just modified it when needed..such as stair climbers, can't do. stomach/boobs too big. so I did the position and just lifted my tip toes up and down! try it, I'm dripping in sweat

  25. This may have been a little more intense than I though… haha..haI was doing the burpees ,and on my 2 round of X burpees when I went down I may have not came back up… HAhaHa I laughed a little to hard beings I only just started (Definitely not fit at all)

    I have done this probably around 10 times the past 2 years.

    Started working out last week. Did another HIIT workout two days in a row. Today I did this one again. I had to take a break of about 5-7 minutes after round 2 bc my feet were killing me (it felt like cramps on both of my feet). Anyway I finished and did the second part twice! This was my best workout so far, I think, of all of the times I have done this. Plus it's really hot here today…. so I sweat even more.

    I was really close to not working out today. But I am so glad I did. Let's see if I can do this tomorrow too. If not, I'll just do this on Thursday… and whenever I've got time.
    I have only 4 weeks left until exams start but I really wanna get a bit in shape until the end of July. We'll see if I manage to study well, eat well &a healthy and workout well. I'm going to try to update.

    i'm a beginner and it wasn't really that hard to do the exercises… it was more like it hurt to breathe….

  39. I'm a man and I've lost 10 kg (22 lbs) in 7 months doing this 3 times a week (with one additional "x-burpees" at the end, since february 2017). NO DIET !
