Purchasing new clothes to exercise in can be a great motivator. Find exercise clothes that will you look and feel good when you put them on. Have fun when you’re choosing your outfits. Workout clothing comes in many different styles and colors that allow you to express yourself. This is just one more way to motivate yourself.


You don’t want to run the risk of getting bored with the same fitness routines by doing them over and over again, because you will only get discouraged. This is why it is imperative that you change routines periodically. If you’re glued to the treadmill every time you exercise, why not try a long run outdoors instead? You will be more motivated to stick to your fitness regimen if you vary your exercise routine.


A reward is great motivation for sticking to your goals. Your actual reward and its size are unimportant. If it is something you love, such as a “bad” food, then this can an effective reward for you as long as you do not overindulge.   4. This is an amazing advanced cardio workout! They show three levels of intensity for each exercise (level 1 is easiest, level 3 hardest) so both advanced level and moderate/beginner level people can do the workout! I did the level 3 (advanced) exercises and it is exactly the type of extra cardio workout that I was looking for. The instructor, Lacey, is fun and motivating! Thanks Lacey!

  8. this workout is AMAAAAZING! this workout jump starts my metabolism and I love lacey ' s energy. I must say that I did take a supplement called Body Fortress The Shred Igniter, Citrus Punch flavor. I will say it is probably the worst tasting pre workout drink I have ever consumed. however, I noticed something different. I have the habit of being on floor dyyying,,heaving spit flying out my mouth just gurgling in pain…however after drinking this supplement I am typing this right now to you, standing, with none of the exhaustion that I usually have. if you need an extra boost invest in this pre workout supplement. it's awesome! taste….get over it to get into this workout !
