  13. I've been doing this workout 5 times a week for 2 weeks and already looks like my love handles and butt got smaller!

  14. Ok so I want abs by the summer, I weigh about 100-105lbs and I'm about 5'3. I know I'm thin already, but I also know that you need a low amount of body fat to get abs. I've been working on my abs for about a month now, and I see no results other than getting thinner. Does anyone have any advice??

    This 25 minutes workout took me about 35 minutes (had to take longer breaks after a couple of exercises or else my heart would pop out of my chest). Does anybody else have that?

    I totally forgot how tough this one is, even if you're modifying for lower impact. The moves by themselves aren't that tough, but the 45 second intervals, 2xs through each, snuck up on me. But that just means I got a REALLY great workout! I think this one is more of a 3.5/4 and not for beginners at all but more advanced beginners or intermediate+.
