Airplane on the Cadillac is an Advanced Pilates Exercise. With strict straight arms bend your knees into your chest. Roll your hips over your shoulders. Then straighten your legs up to the ceiling. Press your legs out to the opposite end of the room and lower your whole body down in one piece. Drag your heels along the mat as you repeat. Then Reverse. Press your legs out along the mat then in one piece float off the mat! Then pull your knees into your shoulders and roll back down the mat.

Reps: 3 in each direction
