This yoga sequence is perfect to add to the end of your workout to help your muscles stretch out and prepare to recover. I designed it to focus on your lower half: glutes, hamstrings, and core muscles/abs. It’s crazy how often students or friends of mine admit that they don’t stretch or wind down at the end of a workout when it really is a vital step for not only the safety but also the development of the muscles that you are targeting. Workout, stretch, lots of water, and clean eating. That’s how you make the world go round!
This video is great to do after tons of different types of workouts but i would specifically pair it with the following:
The Brazilian Butt Lift Challenge♥
Beach Booty Workout♥

Music helps you have fun while you exercise.
You can easily become bored when you are working out, but you should find ways to make it fun. You could try to make your workout a time to be with people. Build a fitness support group of like-minded people that you can call to join you when working out. Spending time hanging out with your buddies and catching up on things will make the workout go much more quickly, and will make even the most tedious exercise routine bearable. When you engage in lively conversation with a companion during a workout, it’s easy to forget that you’re participating in a physical activity.
If you want to add a little spice to your exercise routine, consider exercising along with some workout videos. You should have a number of them, offering plenty of variety. The distractions the music video gives you helps you from feeling any discomfort.
