The class starts with gentle backbends warming up your spine, and then building up the heat and progressing to deeper backbends with Dancers Pose (Natarajasana) as your peak pose.     I liked this practice, mostly because I would like to get my spine to be more flexible for some poses like the scorpion pose. Should I add the first stretching exercices that you did to my daily routine?
    Moreover, I would like to focus also on my split, but I feel like if I focus on too many things at the same time, the practice would take forever!
    Any suggestions?

  3. What can I say? I'm not a big fan of backbending and heart opening poses because I'm quite stiff in my lower back. So at the beginning I was like "There's no way I could do it". But to my surprise this session had prepared me so well to the peak pose that I made the backbend of my life 😀 (of course using the belt) And after the class I felt the sense of great openness in my chest and back which I really loved… All this thanks to you Kristina and your invaluable tips on technique :)))))
