  13. Excelent video! For once a realistic video where I see a professional actually 'suffering' with the exercise. Usually people make it look so easy and painless and when I try it is nothing like I expected. This is a great motivation… knowing it is hard but possible to do.

  14. I would like to have an athletic build but keep and build a bit on my curves. I always get so many comments on my hourglass figure–I love it so much myself–however, I'm scared that the more i workout, especially my abs to flatten my stomach, that I will begin to square out instead of continue to be curvaceous. I love my curves so much. I want abs, a V line, a booty, I want it all and my curves. Can you put together a small video series that'll help us females that love our curves or wanna get curves or get them back to keep, get, or reacquire and maintain curves with a toned muscular yet feminine build? I love my sensuous and female body. I wanna keep it sensuous and feminine but gain muscles that'll work with that. I am trying to build more muscles for work.
