  10. 100 burpees in 5 minutes and 2 seconds. My first rest was on the 83rd. I thought I was going to die. I was at the stadium and was breathing so fast that a fly flew into my mouth in the middle of the set 😀

  22. Um… That's not a burpee, you're not supposed to touch the ground with your belly, during the push-up. It's like a normal push-up except you stand up, arms straight in the air as if doing jumping jax, jump, and back down again for the push-up to rinse & repeat.

    I've never heard of anybody telling people to touch the ground with their bellies, when you do that you're cheating because it's resting your muscles that keep you suspended during the push-up. If my drill instructor ever caught me doing that he'd make me do 100 more or else the penalty would be more tomorrow till I could do it right.
