There are many great video games to help you work out. You can take your mind off of the workout by using a video game. Get involved in the game so you do not realize how much effort your body is exerting. You won’t be focused on the workout and the burn, so your exercise time will last a lot longer than it would have without the game.

When starting on your fitness plan, the first thing you should do is to update your workout wardrobe with something that makes you feel attractive. Wearing unfashionable, poorly fitted exercise clothing will surely discourage you from exercising regularly. When your exercise clothes are fun, comfortable and suitable for your shape, you will be happy to wear them, and you will have more fun exercising.

Doing the same fitness routine every day will soon lead to boredom. If you hate your workout routine, you will get bored and give up. By doing different types of exercise routines, you’ll stay interested and determined. Keep yourself interested in your workouts. If you slack off for even a little while, it may be hard to get going again.

Rewarding yourself on your journey is a great way to stay motivated. Do not think you have to wait until you reach your last goal in order to celebrate. Don’t go overboard with rewards. Small rewards like forbidden food, new clothes, or a pair of earrings will be more than enough to keep you motivated. No matter what you may decide to reward yourself with, make sure its something you are motivated towards having. Remember, it’s important to stay motivated as your fitness is on the line!

Working out can be a ton of fun. These suggestions will turn your workouts into an enjoyable routine that you anticipate each week.

  5. I love this video. I do it most days even if it's just to use as a stretch routine for 4 minutes if I'm pushed for time. I use this and nutrition meal replacement and have never felt so well or so trim….combine both and you're really on your way….thanks Tabata team awesome 😆

  8. Good for someone new to Tabata, but for Tabata to be really effective, it needs to be a lot more intense than this? I can't even speak after a Tabata workout, let alone start jumping around and doing flips??? Ha!

  11. Guys are yoy kidding me?? This not even a tabata protocol!! Tabata workout requires 4 minutes at the 170% of your personal maximum work.. This moment there are 5 or 6 people on the WORLD who can make a real tabata protocol and of course these people are olympic athletes!!! I said all these with love. i dont make any offence guys.
