  18. There was a lot less twisting than I expected (there were so many classic and non-classic twists that weren't included). On the other hand, my legs and hamstrings are very stretched out!

    Great video! really helped with trying to explore my flexibility. Any suggestions on the bow pose near the end? ive tried SO hard, I cant figure out why I cant lift myself up. I can get on the crown of my head,but cant extend up. maybe not stong enough? (I do run a lot, so my lower half is heavier, not much arm strength)

This video did help release stomach cramps I woke up with (popcorn?) .  Strongly suggest you listen when she says do a modifier as there are advanced postures that could cause knee injury,  unless you are extremely flexible. From my own  experience no posture is worth hurting yourself so know to back off.
