  15. I tried this roughly 3 months ago at 175lbs (5ft 2) and could barely make it past the halfway point. Over the last month and a half I have been following a ketogenic 'diet' (20g of Carbs a day, 1,250 calories, 90g fat, 70g protein, minimal sugar) combined with walking 3 miles a day, and now at 154lbs (my lowest weight as an adult!) I was able to complete the full video at my first attempt today – in fact I was marching through the water break!! My advise to those of you who want to lose weight is to research the 'Ketogenic Diet' and incorporate it into your lives. I had never, and I mean NEVER, seen the scale go downwards in multiple years of working out and calorie counting until I tried it. I still have another 25lbs to go, but I know I will get there.

    Never give up guys, keep grinding! 🙂

    I've learned that if I can't keep up with their pace I just slow down and do it at my own pace. I may not do as many as them but at least I get to finish the whole routine without getting tired.
